Policies
All DaMa items are uniquely handmade and original design by Hong Kong designer Dama Cheung.

++Payment:
1. damadesigner.com accepts PayPal and credit cards through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account in order to purchase, you can pay with your credit card through the PayPal website.
2. We also accept bank transactions for local buyers (Hong Kong), please email us for detail.

++Shipping:
1. All Hong Kong domestic shipping is FREE OF CHARGE.
2. All DaMa items are ready to ship and all delicate jewelry pieces with gift package will be wrapped in bubble wrap to arrive to you safely.
3. We ship worldwide from Hong Kong; via Standard Airmail Registered Mail. Items will be shipped within 3 working days after full payment received.
4. For expedited shipping, please contact us before you make a purchase, and we will send you a revised invoice with the shipping difference.
5. We will do everything in our part to make sure it is packaged and labeled correctly, but we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages that caused by delivery. Insurance is extra and can be added at the customer’s request, please contact us before you make a purchase.
6. We do our best to ensure that customs fees are not added on to your package, but when they are shipped outside of the HK there is never a way to guarantee this will not happen. If the custom fees are added, the buyer is responsible for the payment.
7. Your order will be shipped to the address provided by your PayPal or order confirm email, if you want shipment to a different address, please contact us within 1 days after your payment.
8. If you haven't received it in 25 days, please contact us and we will find a solution.

++Refunds and Exchanges:
1. We apologies at the moment damadesigner.com don’t accept any refunds and exchanges. Sorry for any inconvenience.

++Other
1. For any custom request, DaMa will need certain measurements to tailor. Our team will contact you with the measurements needed and how to determine and take these measurements. It will be your responsibility to provide accurate measurements based on these conversations. DaMa is not responsible for inaccurate measurements and will not offer refunds if the measurements provided were inaccurate.
2. Please note that color of the products may slightly different from different screen. We do our best to show the items thru photo and a good description.
3. damadesigner.com reserve the right to cancel a sale if we feel it is in the best interest of the company. In doing so, we will of course promptly refund your full payment or deposit. We also would like to remind all visitors to our shop that our images and designs are copy right protected.
4. Media/Bloggers are welcomed to get in contact for collaborations.

3. 所有DaMa的貨品從香港以標準空郵掛號郵件寄出至世界各地. 貨品將於付款完成後三個工作日內寄出.
4. 如需以特快航运运送货物, 请于购买前与我们联系. 阁下将会收到附加运费之详请.
5. 我们将尽我们的一切, 以确保它是包装和标签正确, 但我们并不负责任何邮寄时所造成的丢失或损坏. 客户可要求额外购买邮寄保险服务请于购买前与我们联系. 阁下将会收到附加邮寄保险服务的收费之详请.
6. 我们会竭尽所能, 以确保邮寄货品不会加入报关费, 但是在香港以外的邮运我们不能保证不会出现这种情况. 如果邮寄货品添加了报关费, 必需由买方负责支付.
7. 阁下的订单将以Paypal或电子邮件订单内所提供的地址寄出, 如想运送到不同的地址, 请于付款后一天之内联系我们.
8. 如果阁下在25天内没有收到, 请与我联系, 我们会找到一个解决方案。

++退款和换货:
1. damadesigner.com内的所有货品, 现时并不接受任何退款和换货. 不便之处敬请原谅.

++其他:
1. 对于任何客人的个别订制请求, 我们的团队会与阁下聨络及提供正确的测量方法. DaMa将会跟从阁下所提供的测量尺寸而订制. 提供精确的测量将是你的责任, DaMa是不会负责任何测量不准确的错鋘.
2. 请注意产品的颜色可能会于不同屏幕中稍有差异我们会竭尽所能, 以最高品质的相片及最好的说明显示出所货品.
3. 为保护对本网站及阁下的最佳利益, damadesigner.com将持有任何及取消出售的权利, 对此本网站当然会及时退还您全额付款或存款. 我们也想提醒所有到我们的网上商店的参观者, 我们的图象和设计副均受版权保护.
